Question Australian NBN Connecting

G'day folks.
I have tried to connect to the NBN internet through Ubuntu 17.04 while in dual boot with Win 10.
Win 10 connects good.
Ubuntu connects during boot and downloads upgrades etc during install.
After install it starts off by connecting but showing a lock next to my server in the list of available servers.
When I use Firefox to access the internet it comes up with the message "cannot find server" Then after I shut down Firefox the server drops out and cant connect any more.
By the way my server is Telstra.
I go in and select my server put in the password, press enter and it all goes away without checking the password.

How do I get rid of that lock in the 'available server' list please?

Hi Dave
I have no idea of the problem. Here is a link to the Telstra Clear NBN page..
https://www.telstra.com.au/broadband/nbn
Their customer support used to be exceptional when I was with them. Sadly Vodafone bought them.....

G'day John.
Thanks. I went there and I also rang up and talked. Unfortunately he didn't seem to understand my problem and just kept asking me open my internet in a different distro.
I told him that I was allready running a Windows distro in a different distro. In the end we parted our ways.
I did restart my computer and all of a sudden it worked. Then 1 hr later it dropped out and wouldnt restart.
So I have for now re-installed windows, and connected to the internet.
