I think you have an embedded McAfee system. Not able to remove.

Please do this;

In any case please download delfix to your desktop.
  • Close all other programms and start delfix.
  • Please check all the boxes and run the tool.
  • Delfix will now delete all found traces of our removal process.
If there is still something left please delete it manualy.Then

Best regards. Greetings.

There not malware problem on the system. Any remaining issues ?

Run Disk Cleanup in Windows 8 or 8.1

https://neosmart.net/wiki/disk-clean...indows_8_or_81

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Create a system restore point

https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...-restore-point

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

ERUNT (Emergency Recovery Utility NT) allows you to keep a complete backup of your registry and restore it when needed. The standard registry backup options that come with Windows back up most of the registry but not all of it. ERUNT however creates a complete backup set, including the Security hive and user related sections. ERUNT is easy to use and since it creates a full backup, there are no options or choices other than to select the location of the backup files. The backup set includes a small executable that will launch the registry restore if needed.

Let me know if any issues or concerns remain..

What's in a Restore Point

All necessary information to return the computer to the current state is included in a restore point. In most versions of Windows, this includes all important system files, the Windows Registry, program executables and supporting files, and much more.

In Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, and Windows Vista, a restore point is actually a volume shadow copy, a kind of snapshot of your entire drive, including all of your personal files. However, during a System Restore, only non-personal files are restored.

What is Erunt ?

Please read;
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/erunt/
It is important for the security of your system.

The application is as follows;

Backup the Registry:
Modifying the Registry can create unforeseen problems, so it always wise to create a backup before doing so.
  • Please download ERUNT from one of the following links: Link1 | Link2 | Link3
  • ERUNT (Emergency Recovery Utility NT) is a free program that allows you to keep a complete backup of your registry and restore it when needed.
  • Double click on erunt-setup.exe to Install ERUNT by following the prompts.
  • NOTE: Do not choose to allow ERUNT to add an Entry to the Startup folder. Click NO.
  • Start ERUNT either by double clicking on the desktop icon or choosing to start the program at the end of the setup process.
  • Choose a location for the backup.
    • Note: the default location is C:\Windows\ERDNT which is acceptable.
    *Make sure that at least the first two check boxes are selected. *Click on OK
  • *Then click on YES to create the folder.
  • *Note: if it is necessary to restore the registry, open the backup folder and start ERDNT.exe

OK I did restore and I am reading about ERUNT. I want to thank you for enabling me to do scans that I may not have been so comfortable doing. I thank you for the time and help you give here.Thank you also for your patience.

I wish I understood all the things we did and why but I don't like delving into the unknown on my system.

I know coupon printer may have been a culprit as I kept seeing that in the scans. Should I not print or does it matter.I try and be so careful on line I guess things just slip through.

Thank you again.
