Missing SD Card and driver

I used to be able to put a microSD card into the adapter and read the information. Nothing shows up. When I look at my device manager there is no sd card there nor a driver. Is there a fix for this?

I'm using a Dell Inspiron One with Windows 10 software.

Thank you so much,
Gae

Try the SD card in another device, or computer that has a card reader slot.
See if you can read the data on it.

No, can't read it.
Then the problem is with the SD card.

Or......
Take another known good SD card, and try it in the card reader slot on the Dell Inspiron One computer.
See if you can read it.

No, can't read it.
Then the problem is with the SD card reader slot, or some driver issue with Windows 10.

Go here and nab a new driver. Post back whether that sorted it or not.

Unfortunately they do not have a card reader driver for my Dell Inspiron One 2320. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
