Here's what I did. I replaced a dead hard drive on someone's laptop, and installed Windows 10. Then installed Glary and checked the fixed drive after to see if Open Autoplay showed - it didn't. Uninstalled Glary, then installed Actual Window Manager. Rebooted, and Open Autoplay didn't show on my fixed drive. but did show on my USB drive. And so I made my grand announcement here.

And after you posted, and I had rebooted after uninstalling Actual Window Manager, Open Autoplay still shows on the USB drive. So although I have never right clicked on individual drives in the past on 10 and checked the context menu, I am kinda thinking it really is just some function of Windows.
