I was going to suggest uninstalling some video-manipulation software to remove the context menu item, but lordy, you have a ton of it installed there.

So I decided to install Glary Utilities. Not because it would add autoplay necessarily, but that it loads using an outdated Registry method that loads very early in the bootup:

BootExecute: autocheck autochk * les\Glary Utilities 5\data\gulr.dat

But no Open Autoplay. So I took another look at your installs. And the winner is (wait for it):

Actual Window Manager

Just uninstall that and reboot, and Open Autoplay will be gone.
