Computers can be finicky about booting from USB's. You have a copy of the ISO there?

Download and install CDBurnerXP. Next, put a blank DVD in the drive, cancel whatever your computer might offer for the DVD, then open CDBurnerXP. Click "Burn ISO image", then click OK. Next to the "Select ISO image to burn" box, click the Browse button and click on the ISO image you downloaded, then click "Burn disc".

It will tell you when it is done. Then try to boot from the CD-ROM using the disk.
