malwares found in scheduler

Hi, recently I installed Speccy (by Pirisoft) on my pc running win 10. Since Speccy scheduler subsection shows all the programs that get started when PC starts, I think I got some virus/malware. Below you may find the copy&paste of Speccy "scheduler" sub section:

Scheduler:

I cleared cookies and temporary files. Then I rebooted Windows in safe mode and ran a (very long) complete scan of pc using Kaspersky free editon but it did not find anything. What can I do?
