Missing Wifi driver

Hi!

I am using Dell Latitude e5440, service tag 5p8zg12, windows 7 professional , 64 bit

After recent reinstallation of Windows that came with my laptop, my Network Adapters didn’t show any Wifi drivers and wifi was not working. After much grudge, one of my friends (as he said: Accidentally) found the driver on my laptop [now I know that windows have some built in drivers in it!]. Then I was able to use wifi. It should be mentioned that my Ethernet connection was always working.
Now, sometimes esp. after sleep mode I am losing my wifi driver. If I uninstall my Ethernet driver and restart my machine (after one 1 or two attempt) my wifi drivers appears in Network Adapter.
I tried driver update but in every attempt updated driver installation was unsuccessful.
My compatible wifi drivers listed in “Update driver software” Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter Version: 8.0.0.279 / Qualcom Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Versio: 10.0.0.303 / Qualcom Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Versio: 10.0.0.352 / Realtek RTL8192DE Wireless LAN 802. 11N PCI-E NIC MACI
My Ethernet driver is Intel Ethernet Connection 1218-LM Version : 12.12.50.7205
Please help me to fix it.
